Cleaning is included in the guest’s rental price, rather than added as a separate charge to you. Platform fees and maintenance are distinct from Bleu’s management fee. Your quote confirms the service and billing terms.

Do you organise cleaning and maintenance?
You organise the cleaner, linen and maintenance on site. Cleaning is included in the rental price paid by the guest, rather than billed as an additional cost to you. Bleu manages the listing, calendar, pricing and guest communication.
Can I keep dates for myself?
Yes. Tell us the period you want rented and the dates you want to keep. Bleu manages the remaining calendar, including arrival dates and stay lengths.
Does the fee change with the length of stay?
The management fee is €250 for each booking, whether it is a full week or a shorter stay. Cleaning is included in the guest’s rental price.
What about cancellations and payment?
The timing of the fee and the treatment of cancellations, refunds and extensions are confirmed in your written agreement before you start.
Can you review a new or unrated listing?
